Nature of Suit LIBEL
Statement of Claim On the evening of Sunday March 6th, 2022 my clients were enjoying a lovely evening in their limo. While heading northbound on the Los Santos Freeway, the brothers were listening to music when out of nowhere a San Andreas Department of Corrections bus that was being chased by a silver convertible began swerving all over the road hitting the brothers limo into the guard rail.
Once the brothers realized that they had just been run off the road by a transport bus, the brothers attempted to catch back up to exchange insurance information. The brothers were able to catch up to the transport bus and stayed back as they watched an unknown civilian attacking the transport. The brothers witnessed the transport bus run over the man attacking it. Once the bus took off again, a San Andreas State Police helicopter came out of nowhere and started shooting a fully automatic rifle at the Cruawlfeord brother’s limo. The State Police hit Jon and Don Cruawlfeord injuring them. Jon Cruawlfeord pulled the vehicle over to the shoulder immediately and got out in hopes they would stop shooting the limo.
After the State Police put more than an entire magazine full of rounds into the limo, they stopped shooting and flew away leaving Jon and Don to bleed out on the side of the highway. Ron Cruawlfeord call 911 multiple times asking for help because his brothers were bleeding out on the highway, however four police cars ignored all of the 911 calls and continued past the brothers northbound towards the prison. After more than 5 minutes, officers and the fire department arrived on scene. One Los Santos Police Department officer immediately attended to Don Cruawlfeord and transported Don to Pillbox for treatment. It took another two minutes until a Trooper finally came to the aid of Jon and once he did, the Trooper prioritized testing for “gunshot residue” instead of treating the multiple gunshot wounds including one to the head and leg. After more than ten minutes of Jon laying on the side of the freeway, he was finally stabilized by the Fire Department and transported in handcuffs to Pillbox.
While Jon was laying on the ground bleeding out on the side of the freeway, the Troopers on scene decided to test all of the brothers for “gunshot residue” and searched them for illegal items including their persons and vehicles. For the record, all of the brothers involved tested negative for “gunshot residue” and had absolutely no illegal items on their persons or in their vehicle. During this someone from the commissioners office told Ron to file a complaint and apparently had no kindness towards Ron and upset him even further.
All of the brothers were transported to the State Police’s Freeway station where they were placed into cells and had their phone and radios removed. All of the brothers remained silent while they awaited an attorney. The State Police fingerprinted all of the brothers while they were awaiting their attorney. After more than an hour, the State Police released all of the brothers and informed them that they have their fingerprints for when they choose to file warrants.
Relief 700,000 in medical cost, lawyer fees, and punitive damages.
Total Damages Amount $ $700,000
