The primary goal of Lewis Realty is to facilitate the sale of properties within Los Santos. We endeavour to ensure that all our client’s requirements are met, taking into consideration their budgets, their desired locations and of course the type of property they wish to purchase.

Our aim is to ensure our clientele sign on the dotted line and walk away with the keys to their dream property with as little delay as possible, but more than that, it is extremely important to myself and my agents that every single client gets a personal and tailored service. Some clients may call Lewis Realty with a particular a location they would like to live in, even though they may have not even set foot in the neighbourhood themselves. My agents will go out to the location, scout around, talk with the locals if required so we can provide the client with a detailed and up to date picture of what living there would be like. We also will report back all available properties in that area, feeding back to the client any that meet their specified requirements.

If for whatever reason there are no available properties in their desired location at this time, we will offer the client alternative locations with available properties if appropriate.

Lewis Realty also offers an alert service, for example if at our initial consultation there are no available properties at the desired location, we would ask if the client wants to be added to our alert system, which means if a property was to come available in their desired neighbourhood we would contact the clients on our waiting list to make them aware.

Being a realtor is something that is very close to my heart. I previously had a criminal record and becoming a realtor was what gave me the drive to get on the straight and narrow. I applied to the Expungement Program with the backing and support of my previous employer at Lenny Avery Realty and was thankfully given a chance to prove myself and was successful in completing the program. This leads me on to the more personal aspect of starting Lewis Realty as I would like my business to be on the list of employers that are willing to employ citizens of Los Santos who wish to enter the Expungement Program. It would be an honour to be able to give back to the city and help others turn their lives around, as I have. I was given a chance and sometimes that’s all it takes.

Lewis Realty will operate remotely as we are always on the move searching for homes for our clients.
Operating ours are around the clock however we anticipate our busiest times to be the following:


Monday – Friday 10am - 1pm & 6pm – 11pm GMT
Saturday - Sunday 11am – 9pm GMT

While you are in the preliminary stage of approval we would like for you to read the business regulations document to familiarize yourself with the requirements for owning and operating a business.

Please note the following;
  • Ownership of a business does not mean ownership of the property. All property unless specifically stated is owned by the State of San Andreas. Business Property is leased to the business owner at a rate of $25,000 per calendar month. You can purchase the property outright for an agreed upon purchase price with the owner of the property.
  • If your business is selling liquor then you will be required to pay for a liquor license at a cost of $12,000
  • If your business is selling food then you will be required to pay for a Class A Permit at a cost of $3,000
Whilst we are waiting to meet you we would like you to answer the following questions for us to read.
  • Are you able to have your business up and running instantly?
  • If not, what would you require to have your business up and running?
  • Are you able to run your business without a property?

Yes I am able to start the business immediately, and no premises are required as we are able to operate remotely.

Yes that is correct. I have spoken to Mr Malone and as soon as I have met with a judge in the city I will be leaving his employment.

I have the great pleasure informing you that your business application has been approved - We have received the payment of $20,000 on the 12th August 2021 and your next payment will be due on the the 12th February 2022.

We have been able to approve your application as you were already working as a relator for another company and the overall numbers in the city did not change.
