Main offense charged is a: Felony

The Grounds for this Indictment are: Police Report from Chief DSAM Mac McLane San Andreas Marshal Service:
On 27 April 2022 around 02:25 ET, I, Chief Deputy San Andreas Marshal Mac McLane, located Vinny Valentino at the Axel's Auto Exotic Shop on Elgin Ave. I knew Valentino to have the below listed federal warrant issued for his arrest. I arrived on scene in my Chevy Tahoe and activated my emergency lights. I exited the vehicle wearing a hat with the SAMS badge clearly displayed, my plate carrier which said "POLICE" and had a cloth SAMS badge clearly displayed, had my hip badge clearly displayed, and was wearing a T-Shirt that said "MARSHAL" on the sleeve. Shortly after my arrival, Colonel Mike Boscorelli arrived on scene to back me up and was wearing a full patrol uniform. It should be noted that Valentino is personally known to me due to previous law enforcement investigations where I had detained and questioned him.
Upon making contact with Valentino, Valentino started speaking in Spanish. I gave him a verbal command in Spanish to put his hands up, and asked if he had any weapons, in Spanish. Valentino's response was "Bitch, fuck you!" and he shoved me and took off on foot. He then yelled "No! I ain't going back!" Valentino continued to flee on foot and I yelled out "POLICE! STOP! You are under arrest!" Valentino yelled "Fuck you!" and continued to run. Valentino then appeared to be snorting cocaine and continued to flee. After a few minutes, Valentino continued to flee and I attempted to utilize verbal commands to gain compliance, which did not work. Valentino was eventually cornered and started to appear to comply. Valentino then turned around and punched me in the face. He was then taken into custody. A search incident to arrest revealed four bags of cocaine.
Valentino was transported to the Department of Justice HQ. Before transport, Valentino was read his Miranda Rights. At the HQ, Valentino stated he understood his rights. Valentino was explained his warrant. He plead not guilty to the charges on the warrant (Failure to Appear). I also informed Valentino I was placing him under arrest for Resisting Arrest for willfully resisting or delaying me, a peace officer, in the act of making an arrest, for Assault on a Public Servant for shoving me and punching me, causing bodily harm, and Possession of CDS w/ Intent to Traffic (Bags of Cocaine 1-29) for possessing four bags of cocaine. Valentino plead not guilty to those charges as well. Valentino was explained that he would be held until trial due to the FTA warrant. No fines issued.
